The East Side Suites are beautiful, large, one bedroom, 2 room apartments that sleeps up to 5 people in the very center of Manhattan – just couple blocks away from the Empire State Building. The East Side Suites are managed by City Lights LLC, the leading serviced and vacation Apartment Company in New York City. They are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible – the apartment is not perfect in this regard yet but it is getting there. They are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that they use in the apartment. They have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that they use only electricity generated by wind and water – it costs a little more but they think it is worth it! They also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on hotel””s planet, and it””s the little things like this that start to make a difference.
